I came into the office interested in trading in my vehicle for something smaller and more efficient. I was greeted by your employee Fabio. He was super friendly and very helpful. It was by far the best customer service experience I have received to date at a car dealership. Unfortunately I ultimately decided it best to keep my current vehicle, however, he went over and beyond to assist me and gave me such valuable information concerning my options. In the event I change my mind in the future this employee will be the one I request. I appreciate his time and diligence I am sorry for him I decided not to purchase.

At first glance we were a little taken back because we asked to stay in a certain price range & the very 1st thing they brought out to show us was 10,000 more than that. But we soon realized that with the market being what it is that we weren't going to want the trucks in that range. After looking at the #'s & realizing the truck was very well kept, low miles, only 2 previous owners & it suited our needs we decided to take it. Everyone at the dealership was attentive, polite & professional. We did not get the sense that we were being taken advantage of like many other places. We felt that they were being genuine & not fake. We also felt like if we need any type of service later on that they would give us the same kind of care. Well one can only hope but we are also hoping we don't have to find out. So, if you are in the market for a new vehicle, don't hesitate to stop in Sarasota Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat.
