I want to follow up on a negative service review I had at this dealership. They responded to my review and I contacted Joe Rice, the service manager, as they requested I do in their response. I had a totally different and enjoyable Volvo experience with the installation of my trailer hitch on my XC60 with Joe, Jimmy, and Sylvia. They were all very professional, accommodating, and made sure everything was done on time, all parts stocked,and correctly installed. Communication was always responded promptly via email and texts. Now, this was the Volvo experience I had heard of and expected from a reputable dealership and I would definitely recommend their service department now going forward with this service team. Also, if you have a Volvo I would highly recommend the hideaway hitch that they installed on my XC60. It functions well and hides away under the bumper when not in use. Great for small towing or just towing bicycles by attaching a bike rack to the receiver hitch.
