Excellent community all around. Quiet. Community pool. It's a small community tucked away from the busy day to day. Close to plenty of things to do.

Best RV park. So clean, quiet and safe! Nice big open pull through spots. You are parking on grass, which was fine with us! Nice clean pool and a view of a river. Loved this place!

Some own the land others rent the land. Don't know the HOA fee. Most likely it is around $35/yr to be a member. Hope that helps.

They rent spaces for you to put your trailer or RV on. There are spaces available since the snow birds have left.
