This has been the worst rental experience I have experienced. The representative that I dealt with was very condescending and arrogant. They do not give you the ability to speak to a LIVE person, which is very inconvenient. I will NEVER go with this company ever again!

Rude and don’t provide you with all information. They were not even prepared when I showed up to get the rental. Even though I had set up the appointment weeks in advanced. Charging your card with no explanation. Would not recommend for anyone to use them.

I was visiting from Philadelphia and stopped in to rent a car for 2 weeks . Frank helped us and told us one price and we said that we would have the car back before 5 on the day of the return. He never told us we had to have the car back at the same time we rented it or we would be charged. So we went to return the car and they told us it was $200 more than what we were originally charged. We showed the guy there our receipt and he said that it would be fixed . The next day I get a receipt emailed to me for the wrong amount again. I go back to hertz and he again tells me that it’ll be fixed but my card was still charged the wrong amount. Totally lied and blew me off. I go to florida often and will never rent from them again
