Vehicle low tire light came on within minutes of rental. Then all drive maintenance failure light came on. Car pulling to right so we stopped to put air in tire. This was no more than 20 minutes upon vehicle pick up. Tire valve broke off when putting air in and tire went completely flat. Called for a tow company but waited so long finally put the spare on during a thunderstorm;) drove vehicle to airport to pick another worn down vehicle-engine light was on this one as well. Understand the lack of vehicles right now, but a call to make sure we were ok or something would have been appropriate. Never did hear back about the tow. We would still be waiting there a week later.

We realized that would benefit us after renting. We called, and it was a problem.
10 minutes without heavy traffic,, 20 when heavy traffic.
They do you just have to be over 25yrs old with a credit card (not debit) with a valid driver's license. And if you have to rent for more than 30 days - you have to go in every 30days for new paperwork
Need to go to local Company/Authorized location.
If you mean Sarasota Bradenton airport, straight up Tamiami Trl to University Blvd. Approx. 10-12 miles. Takes about 30-45 min depending on traffic.
