Be careful when BATS is working in your community one of their employees damaged my parked vehicle in a residential area as they were fixing a light pole. If it wasn’t for me looking out the window after hearing a loud crunch, they would’ve took off without notifying anyone that they just hit a parked vehicle. When I went outside to get their information, I was only giving their insurance information and not the name of the driver. Then they had one of the representatives call us to tell us if we can settle the incident without the insurance company, we thought sure it’s a minor incident why not? When we took our vehicle to Mike’s auto body shop to get an estimate of $4000 BATS said that it was to have an estimate and they will not pay it. So I involve my insurance company to let them go after them so that I can get them to replace and make my vehicle safe as it was before they hit it. So if there’s ever a vehicle incident with bats don’t work with them let your insurance go after them to the full extent of the law.

I know quite a few of the guys that work at BATS and everyone of them honestly try their best keep the public motorist, bicyclist and pedestrians as well as the client safe on any roadway they are called out to manage. These guys put themselves in harms way everyday they are on the road. Give them a brake anytime you see the orange cones on the roadways.

Always a great experience when Bats Traffic is onsite. Always willing to share their knowledge with the utility crews, which is greatly appreciated. Traffic personnel get a bad rap, no one likes to be stuck in construction zone traffic, and they're usually the ones getting blamed for it. I assure you, without properly trained traffic control personnel onsite, accidents can happen. Thanks Bats for keeping us safe! 3rd & Evans
