The Woods apts was a perfect place for us to move in when we moved to California for the first time. Not only was it more affordable than other places, but the staff was always quick to respond and always making improvements to the facilities. We had issues with our washer/dryer and they ordered new appliances and installed them the same week. When we moved out they were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them! Thank you for all your help and hospitality! Special shout out to Julia, the on-site manager, for assisting us with the move-out date and refunding the security deposit!

Just moved out on 04/29/2021. Worst community ever! Stay away at all cost! First of all the apart had roaches. They did multiple treatment but the roaches keep coming back. Second of all I was charged ridiculous Amount for cleaning and top of that for carpet cleaning as well. All this after I kept the apartment quite clean. I have lived in 5 different communities in Fremont and no one has ever charged me for cleaning. The rents are high enough already to cover the cost so they they have no right to charge people for cleaning. They are just ripping off people who are moving out. Shame on them for doing this. Stay away! There are way better communities to live in the Bay Area

How great management. I called and scheduled a live video tour one week in advance. they confirmed that appointment with a call back on the same day. Now I am waiting for the facetime call for the tour and they are 40 min late. No one picking up phone call at the office. Great job driving new tenants away!

The woods has the most kind manager And staff during my 3+ year stay. It’s a quite, safe place to stay with good price. The reason I move out is because there is huge dog upstairs in the last year. I couldn’t sleep well because the walking noise and barking noise.
