We all want a peaceful environment to live. Briarwood Apartments is not a good choice to live in. There is lots of stealings going on around this apartment. The security sevice is really poor. Last night, someone stole 4 wheels and tiers of my car. Still not even one action has taken by the apartment management. Make a smart choice to live in.

Honestly, this place loves to nickel and dime people. deposit request is reasonable but…you get an apartment that basically has not been fixed prior to your move in. Some staff members are nice…but you get different information each time…you pay utilities at this place (garbage, hot water, admin fee, water and sewer) runs you $150- $200 with rent being so high you end up paying for a whole condominium (2800 all together with rent+your own utilities) just as an FYI…like the previous reviewer stated yes cats are everywhere, make it worst you have homeless people roaming around and trash diving. They leave a mess…also neighbors just don’t know how to throw their trash in the bin. The open parking here is okay sometimes. It can clutter up-cars don’t move for more than a month. Specifically a golden or bronze Cadillac by the shack. To rent an additional stall is $35 but I think should at least give an extra stall for the 2 bedrooms rentals. The gym is extremely small- tiny! No computer lab, as I was previously told there would be…the pool is always filled up. They stated they supposedly had security but they are not there everyday at all. Also it is literally next to the cemetery and if you don’t have your mask on you will inhale the ashes from the incinerator, because they have all that smoke blowing in the area! Aside from all that would have been a decently okay property.

Not secure place to live. I got really bad experience. The Maintenance person entered inside home without permission and prior notice. These guys are so rude with residents. Very bad experience ever. Edit Aug 19 2021 - : Got below reply for Briarwood Manager that they informed me prior to enter in my unit. This is completely incorrect statement. Briarwood never informed me on phone/email/notice before enter in to my home. Requesting to briarwood to show proof of such notice.

Theft around ....Briarwood Apartments is no more a choice for peaceful living. Yesterday Thieves came into apartment took away Rim and Tyres of 3 Cars , Apartment security services are not doing a great Job. Leasing office does not have plans in place for this situation. They are not ready to fix cameras , gates , creating heavenly terrain for thieves to make easy dollars. Do not come here , find any other place for your living
