Double Trouble

Helped a family member move here. Upon entering the unit, we were immediately greeted by a pungent smell of curry. It was not fresh smelling, it seemed to be stuck in the walls and carpets. The unit also has roaches.. 2 months later they are still there. If I was living here Id demand to be let out my lease or relocated. This is disgusting and so unprofessional. No one should live like that. For the amount of money they charge these units need to be move in ready and bug free! Shame on you Amber Court!

I lived at Amber Court for more than a year. I moved out and at the move out I was charged for the carpet, counter top and kitchen cook top. The carpet was not in bad shape at all. They mentioned that there were scratches on the counter top which are so minor when you notice. This was such a hefty amount and I didn't contest it as i didn't want to get into legal and didn't have time for it. The carpet has to be damaged for them to charge for it. It wasn't damaged. The experience was not good overall and the move out charges left a bad taste. I would not recommend Amber Court to anyone.

Don't BOTHER!! Writing on behalf of my significant other that resided there for over 8 years with our daughter. There was ALWAYS a problem with me being there and you CANNOT or rather they do not want you to co-parent. Other residents feel it necessary to walk and look in your apartment with you open the blinds. They also pick at the flowers that are blooming. No guest parking but open residents stalls Rent increases EVERY year! Apartments are not all what they come out to be. Hard to get things replaced and there is always an excuse as to why it can be replaced. Was asked if could move into an "updated" apartment and was told NO BUT other residents can freely move apartments. Your SSN number is given out to third party water and garbage without your permission NOT to add the sprinklers run all night and people who do not reside come and throw their trash away. There is NO SUCH thing as a secure and gated community! Car was broken into along with several apartments and the manager didn't want anyone to know about the burglaries . List goes on and on and on. SO glad that I have moved out of this dormitory where you have ZERO privacy and you have to pay A LOT OF MONEY to have a TON of rules.. GOOD LUCK if you choose to live here!! YOU WILL BE MOVING OUT AFTER YOUR LEASE IS UP!!!

Mary and Jesusa are amazing and always willing to help. We got one of the remodeled apartment with new appliances and we love it. There is a playground for kids to play. Pool is well maintained. Very quaint with lot of greenery and trees. Close to highway. Lucky, Ranch 99, Indian grocery are close by.
