I am a current resident and wish I could give 0 stars. The maintenance takes weeks to just to acknowledge and months to complete. The roaches issue due to the apartment at the 1st floor took 6 months of treatment. My current electricity maintenance request is open for 2 weeks and not been acknowledged despite reaching out to them thrice. The office staff give the same old excuse (every time) - “We are understaffed and attending the requests in order”. Our guests had so much inconvenience (still having). Hope this review helps future residents. Think carefully and read similar reviews by other residents before moving here.

I lived in this apartment, very bad experience with the management while moving out, they charged me money even for the time period they used to clean the apartment and lease to others which they did not explain me while moving out.

We lived here for about a year . The pros are location, gym , pool and the landscaping. The general maintenance and grounds keeping is really bad , the common area doesn't get cleaned up , and trash would be lying in a place for months . I have hardly seen any groundskeeping person in the property. There have been a lot of break ins when we lived here and many complaints were in Nextdoor saying there wasn't much action from the management. I don't think anyone got their security deposit back. we lived only for about a year and our apartment was well kept, still they charged us an additional ~200$ on top of our security deposit . Some of the stains and dust which they showed during move out inspection was ridiculous. I have mixed opinion about leasing office , sometimes helpful and sometimes not.

Bad experience at the time of moving. Shower not working. Refrigerator was smelling badly. Living room lights not working. I requested them to fix in 24 hours as they mentioned in MIMO. Sent an email, call and online submission still no response after 3 days. Went to friends house for shower.
