The management is not helpful to the dwellers at all. The amenities are not well maintained. Security is biggest concern, buildings are old. Hallways, carports are dirty. The dwellers leave their pet to litter everywhere. Mailboxes are broken into. The one star is for Maintenance staff. They follow up on work-orders and fix it diligently. They are the rockstar of this community.

You get no privacy if your apartment is in ground floor.Anyone can look into your house. They don’t let you put privacy screen, so you are not free in your own house. When we moved in our flat was not clean , they charged us cleaning fee but our apartment was not clean. There are lots of bugs, no matter how much cleaning we do.

I am a current resident here. Don’t expect any response from maintenance team if there is any faulty appliance . Raised request with them over the app no response for 30 + days .. residents corridors are never cleaned .. I witnessed snakes between swimming pool and leasing office walking area where kids play around .. no one at leasing office it’s always closed … you can’t never ever reach them over phone ..

Mission Peaks Apartments is a great community to live in. The staff was friendly and helpful during the scheduled tours The apartments are spacious with basic amenities provided to the resident. Peaceful for families.
