We would need a title in order to purchase a vehicle. We do buy cars that are financed and if the vehicle have a electronic title also.

Yes we do buy non-running cars but we do not offer a towing service, so you will need to bring the car to one of our 61 locations for appraisal (we're not one of those junk car towing businesses). The valuation depends on physical and mechanical condition and the reasons why the car is not running. A flat battery for example would have a modest impact on the value but a car that has serious accident damage would be worth much less. I recommend you give us a call so we can find out more about the car and give you guidance on potential value and next steps.
