HOW DO YOU MAKE A JJBLT? BLT stands for Bacon, LETTUCE, Tomato yet my sandwich was bacon and tomato. yet my order was a JJBLT light tomato, I got no lettuce, no mayo, no vinegar and oil. Manager after the fact took care of it for the future, which is appreciated.

Honestly, this location screws up my order EVERY single time we go. I love sandwiches but I'm done even trying with this spot.

Google asked me, "how was Jimmy John's?". Well let me tell you. This is the 2nd time in maybe 2 months that I've been to the one on 6 & #51, and I was disappointed both times. Both interactions with the guy who took my order were irritating. He would not speak up over the loud music that was playing & showed no interest in customer service. Then after I kept saying, "what? what did you say?", I ordered my sandwiches w/extra mayo and vinegar & oil. Neither was extra. It was like talking to the G.D. wall. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, NOT GIVING YOU MY MONEY ANYMORE!

A zero stars rating should be available for this store. This is the top to bottom worst customer service experience I've ever been subjected to. I placed a delivery order for 2 combos and 1 cookie. First of all it did not even leave the store for 45 minutes and took 1 hr and ten minutes to be delivered. Which even though it's ridiculous, I can possibly understand if they were really busy. Then I receive my order and there are no chips and no cookie. When I call and speak to the manager his response is oh well we were busy. I asked if being busy was an excuse for not putting half an order in the bag and he says, yeah I have 16 year old girls working for me, what do you want me to to about It? Already sent an email to JJ corporate about the service and the ridiculously inept and rude manager!
