Bicycle Discovery has treated us well. They were recommended from a cycling enthusiast friend. I had a 20 year old mountain bike tuned up and it rides great. We bought bikes for my children this past fall and the customer service was great even though all the bike shops are crazy busy right now. My son's bike was damaged in an accident and they just repaired it for us last week. No complaints at all and the pricing is very reasonable.

I moved from Maine to PB in May and shipped my Trek to Bicycle Discovery for reassembly and tuning up. They were so attentive to my needs, contacting me upon receipt of my bike, checking with me before incurring any additional costs. Since then I have gone to them several times for new lights, a new lock, etc. Greg, the Manager is so personable and helpful and willing to listen and provide the service you need. Carlos and the mechanic team install everything you buy on the spot! I have never seen a bike shop be so customer focused and truly happy to help. Thank you!
