I would not recommend this property. Management office staff is constantly changing, Gates rarely work, Mail is held hostage by leasing agents, and the over all communication and customer service/attention is horrible. If you are going to pay $1700+ a month you should look elsewhere. They don’t seem to take pride or ownership in this community.

I lived at Mattress factory for over 5 years and only moved out because of an opportunity that took me out of state - otherwise I would still be there! It's a fantastic place to live and will return if I move back to Atlanta. I'll try to break out all the points about living here so it's easy to read: The Building: It's a beautiful, historic building which comes with unique beauty, huge windows with lots of natural light, gorgeous (in my case hardwood) floors, and exposed brick. It can also be a little noisy because of echoing hallways and thinner walls, but it never was loud enough to be an issue for me. Management: During my time there building management changed a few times, but each manager and team was helpful, kind, and clearly cared about residents and our experiences. From Mary to Charisse to Tiffany The Location: Being on the edge of Grant Park and Downtown is the perfect location - so close to 75/85 and 20 makes it easy to get anywhere. But the real gem is being a block from Oakland Cemetery. It's a beautiful escape in the middle of the city! Rent: Although rent did increase a bit nearly each year, it wasn't an unreasonable amount. In that time they redid the rooftop and pool, added amenities like package lockers and valet trash, and improved the building overall. It's a good price for a beautiful, well-located, unique building with everything you need! Safety: I heard of people dealing with some car break-ins, but in over 5 years I never had any issues. Don't leave anything in your car! It's a pretty well secured building with FOB access and I never felt unsafe. If you choose to live here you'll love it!

Went by last week to tour the property, no one was available to show anything, I was told to view online (which I had already done). I scheduled a tour for today. Called before my tour to postpone due to a work-related issue. I was told that the reschedule time would be fine unless someone called and rescheduled. Drove from work and arrived early. Attempted to ring the Leasing Office, no one answered. I left to get gas because a prospective tenant like myself told me no one was inside. I was back within 5 minutes. I called and spoke to someone that told me to come back another time. After a few minutes of talking, she told me they could conduct the tour still. I told her I'd be at the gate in a few minutes due to heavy rain and no cover. After 3 minutes of heavy rain, I decided to make a run for it. O got to the gate and rang the Leasing Office and no one answered. I stood there waiting for a few minutes and still no answer. Between the $500 increase from last year's rent and the lack of decent customer service, I'm definitely not returning to tour or rent. My experience speaking with Leasing Agents from last year was great, this year was terrible for the price. No one even called about the missed tour...
