The property itself is very beautiful, and the maintenance crew is fabulous however the walls are so thin. I have had to put in several noise complaints. The leasing office has done nothing about it and I continue to be woken up by my neighbors throughout the night. There is a noise policy that is in place which is clearly not enforced. I have only lived here for two months and this is by far one of my biggest regrets.

Very unprofessional! No follow-thru abilities, inadequate Technology. Waste of Time. After I viewed the apt, I was directed to apply online for Unit 350. I attempted to apply, however ran into issues completing the Vero application. I called several times and could not get anyone to explain how to resolve the issue with completing the application. I called Dillion several times with no return call. So, I drove to the Vining’s location. Dillion explained that Vero verification was not working, and they would be on site today. When I reached back, Dillion lied and told me he tried to contact me, but my box was full. I never received a message. He told me he could not verify income. He made up a lie and told me Vero could not verify income, but Vero was linked to my bank account for 3 days, plus I provided 2 months of bank statements. Gables ran me around for 3 days, denied me an apt. I never finished my application, and today on the app it remains incomplete status. Gables did not want to refund my application fee. Today it's become common place for companies to request fees, invade your privacy, offer no services, and hide when you try to contact them.

Just moved in last week and have nothing but good things to say about management and the space. Everyone is so welcoming and made the move in process very easy.

I’ve lived here since February and I love it! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is professional and courteous. The leasing representative Craig is exceptional!! He always has a smile on his face and greets you by your name. He definitely goes above and beyond to assure that the residents needs are met.
