I have been living here since 2020 and although I’ve had my issues with the old management, Ms. Campbell and Jason have been excellent!!! When management switched over I had been requesting someone fix my dishwasher. They gave me a brand new one that works great! They’ve also gone above and beyond in understanding with my emergency situation, and even helped me find the resources that I desperately needed. They have encouraged me, and are always so nice! To me that goes a long way because it’s hard to find people that really care these days. I pray they be blessed beyond measure.

Great location for me…Mr Nobles in the office made my move in great no problems…Have been wanting to move back to East Atlanta for some time…So far so good 😊

I lived here from 2019-feb 2021, very close in proximity to the city. I enjoyed my stay there. Kayla was awesome but thats when it was managed by CF Real estate

I would not bother, we're currently dealing with an absentee property management company that doesn't take care of anything. At one point I did not receive mail for 2 months with no exlanantion from the property management. You're better off finding somewhere else to live.

The apts have been remodeled and updated. Very nice neighborhood, mostly singles, couples, and not many kids. The property is well kept and gate is secure from easy access. I have been a tenant fir 2 yrs and have no complaints. Love it. 3mins away from EA Village area.
