I have lived in many apartments in Atlanta and this place is the worst... I do not recommend living here. The leasing office doesn't know how to do anything; they are not friendly or helpful. The conditions of the apartments are very, very poor, outdated, unsanitary, unsafe. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Zel (Ayo Zel)

Been living here for a couple of years and while I still enjoy my apartment very much the neighborhood is starting to decline. Neighbors are often too loud, the gates have been broken for what feels like a year at least, certain maintenance requests are labeled "completed" when they haven't been, and getting ahold of anyone in the office is impossible.

Hands down the worst complex I’ve lived in for the 7 years I’ve been in Atlanta. Black mold. Trash everywhere. Add on extra fees and expenses during your lease. They never answer the phone or emails (which is hysterical considering for every bad review, they request you call the office to speak to a property manager) and office is always closed/door locked during office hours. Listen to the reviews they are very real.

The worst apartment complex I’ve lived. The leasing office never answers the phone. The apartments are outdated, they only open one of the pools for a short amount of time, the dog park is a patch of grass under electrical lines, and did I say the staff never answers the phone or calls you back.
