Our world is "progressing" at such an exponential rate, that it's causing us to abandon our sincerity to adhere to one another needs. And in turn, I question if it's really progress. Rarely do I find genuine customer service as I navigate through this phenomenal journey we call life. But when I do, it's an honor for me to carve out the time and give thanks. I feel privileged to extend KUDOS to Mr. Devin McClendon, a 755 North Avenue Apartment Leasing Professional. Mr. McClendon orchestrated for me the best tour of his property one could imagine. Here are a few reasons why: 1) He listened to my needs. 2) He anticipated my questions. 3) He had patience and never rushed me. 4) He possessed superb knowledge of his property. 5) He made me feel comfortable with calling him back, if I had questions after the tour. These are common sense behaviors, yet they tend not to be common on many occasions. Mr. Devin McClendon, a young man, has an enormous great life ahead and I pray that his hunger to value human beings will only increase. GOD bless you, son.

EDIT: knocking this down to two stars, when they built this place it is like they didn’t know they needed noise canceling between units. You can hear a muffled conversation literally through the wall. Anytime of day. Great location & great staff. You are paying almost completely just for the location. Make sure you are okay with that. The appliances are outdated, the hallways look like prison hallways with no a/c. BE AWARE. There is almost ZERO insulation between units. You’ll hear when your neighbors talk, you’ll hear when they play music, you’ll hear them when they watch tv. So make sure you’re okay with that before you move in if you work from home. This is a wood construction building so it’s cheaply built and you can tell. They say they have electric charging here, which they technically do. It’s a normal wall plug which only charges your car about 2-3 miles of range per hour. I was aware of most of these things before moving in, but just know you’re paying to live on the beltline.

Devin is by far the most impressive leasing agent I have ever met in my life. He is outstanding! This is the best community and value on the beltline by far.

Staff is Very responsive and friendly. Been living here for 3 years. Top shelf location on the Beltline. Towards Piedmont Park or to Krog Street. Wonderful pool and quality tenants with covered parking. Definitely one of the best places to live in Atlanta.
