When I checked in the first two rooms I tried smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. The third room did not, but the pull out mattress had a very large stain. The room was also missing a mattress pad and comforter for the pullout mattress and the room did not have enough towels, both of which I had to go down to the front desk to bring up myself. I let the staff know about the stain on the mattress and requested another mattress. They offered me a 4th room, which I wasn't interested in at that time since I had to already go through three rooms. I also reached out to La Quinta online through their twitter account, privately, and no response. It's been 4 days.

We didn't know either they had been doing construction work we had stayed on the top floor where it was really nice but some of the other floors was not remodeled yet sorry if that was inconvenience for you but like i said we didn't know either
