I highly recommend never staying at this hotel. I checked in for 5 nights and in less than an hour of checking in I checked out of the hotel because of how many things were exceptionally disgusting in my room. The list of things I documented in my room include: long brown hair on toilet lid, significant rust in shower, black mold in the shower wall tile, dead bugs in bathroom light fixture, a black bug under the mattress, general moldy/mildew/unclean room air, completely soiled hallway carpets, a large hole in elevator flooring, and expired elevator safety certificates (Aug ‘22). It must be well know by the staff how bad the property is because I wasn’t even questioned when I said the property wasn’t fit to stay in and requested to check out.

THIS WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE I HAVE ASTHMA WENT INTO FULL ATTACK MODE AFTER SEEING THE SECOND ROOM THEY MOVED ME INTO IM A DIMOND MEMBER FOR HILTON, THIS is such a disgrace for hiltion to even OWN THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Loved it! The staff were the most courteous we have had in some time. Josue at the front desk, Lourdes at breakfast bar was very helpful, kind and accommodating. Nathan with bringing us sheets for the sofa bed and dish soap, cheerfully and quickly. Everyone greeted you and asked if you needed help. Had suggestions for good places to go and good places to eat, and what their hours were. The small dry goods area was stocked well and with above average fare. Thanks for a great stay.
