I frequent this hotel because it's close to work. But the property is not kept up to what I expect in a Hilton garden in. The fixtures, bathroom, room needs maintenance. It's going down hill

My girlfriend and I arrived super late here. We were greeted by a very nice man named Zal. Once we checked in, he noticed we had lots of luggage and offered to help because we were exhausted. After hours you have to use your room key to access the lobby. He would press the button and open the doors for us while we were walking in and out even when he was busy with another customer. He answered all our questions and told us we can request a 1p.m. check out if we needed a little more rest. Zal has been the best hotel employee we have ever dealt with. 5 stars all the way!
