I went in this store a few times and it has been deterring every time. From what I assume was the manager, was cleaning off the already clean counters, sweeping the mopped floor, and more very questioning tasks WHILE THE BARISTAS WERE STRUGGLING WITH THE FLOOD OF ORDERS. The others in the lobby and I were flabbergasted at this because we waited for SO LONG TO GET OUT DRINKS. What a leader! Lead by example!!! I believe her name was Lia, but may be wrong. Great service by the amigable baristas but horrible leadership. I’m sorry you all have to put up with this joke of a manager.

I must of beat the rush or something went in at 9:50am. Was very fast got the apple crisp macchiato hot and I requested three ice cubes to put into just slightly cool it down and they totally did I think I have a new favorite Starbucks

6-10-23 approx 12:30 pm. Sat in long line in the drive thru for about 20 min. When I finally made it to order I was told the credit card machine was down and I could only use cash. Had no cash so had to wait for 3 cars in front of me to get thier drinks before I could get out. Spoke with Kandice who was not very nice about it. I had suggested that they put a sign out warning people before going through drive thru. Never had anyone working at Starbucks act like she did. She was not concerned about the inconvenience. It seemed she just didn't want to be bothered. But it was very annoying to wait in a long line for nothing when it's 106 degrees out with kids in the car. Just rude!
