Selected this location due to nearest to my home on app. Starbucks website stated lobby and drive thru open. Placed mobile order and headed to Starbucks to get my usual. Arrived and headed to lobby to pick up my order. The doors were locked and the employees just looked at me. I called the Starbucks location and asked if I can pick up my order. They said the lobby is closed and the only way I can pick up my order is to wait in the drive thru line or cancel my order. Keep in mind the drive thru had at least 8 cars in line. So I asked if they can cancel my order so I can take my business to another Starbucks location and the lady told me they don’t know how to cancel orders on there end so to figure it out through the app. At the end I waited 45 minutes to get my drink through the drive thru. The drink was watered down and all the ice was melted. Never returning to this location!.
