Staff wasn't very helpful with my lost item. Want me to travel several miles just to come look in a box. The item I lost is very distinct and would not take more than few seconds to tell if its there or not yet the guy on the phone would not. Disatisfied. Will not use their service again.

They take care of all my rentals. I forgot that Hertz had it's own roadside assistance and went thru a different process. Amber Watson took care of my inquiry of being reimbursed for losing a weekend of work by offering me gas for the day. I appreciate all of the associates and their ability to accommodate my every need.
