I rented my car in La for 3 days. Very bad experience. I wanted to extend for another 8 hours they wanted to change me $ 300+ for the economy option the cheapest one . I have to drop it in the airport and go get another car from other company for only 100$ .

The customer service was excellent and very friendly. The guys helped us find things we had left behind by accident and ran down the street after us with another bag we had forgotten!

One of the clerks doesn't want to work, super rude and unhelpful, ended up with no car because he couldn't help. Don't go here. It's better to walk around LA than to rent a car here.

No , after closing hours highly recommend going to the airport.
