Website does not let you submit your request for an appt. I triple checked all info was correct. If you call, it's a recording. You press #1 to make an appt. It continues to ring and then eventually, the same recording comes back on. Terrible experience

Had an appointment for tomorrow, but heard from my chiropractor that their radiologist was sick and that I should call to find out if my appointment was canceled. Progressive didn't call me about my appointment, so I tried and got the whole "press 1 to contact someone about scheduling" and I pressed 1 and it took me back to the options. I left a message about my appointment and still haven't heard back. Very unprofessional.
