3 stars for the safe and expeditious driving skills. VERY POOR BEHAVIOR BY DRIVERS PERIOD!! They speak to the collective as if they are paying us for a service that they are mad about. No help offerred in any way with the exception of 1 out of maybe 5 different drivers. Poor communication to the passengers re: delays, connector coaches etc. which caused ne and about 7 others to miss our coack, only had 3 to 5 min to look at tge teleprompter and get to the gate. Coach pulling off as soon as we got there. Dominoe impact, ended up catching a ride with competitor Peter Pan past my stop then paid for a train back to my stop and an uber home. I got home sooner than I would have with the Greyhound schedule. This is the end of a stressful experience with Greyhound overall. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Please file internal complaints and demand compensation for your experience. I did.

Sometimes they close the office after 10:00pm so you have to wait outside

You can go online and check it out. There's an app for greyhound just download the app and type your information and it'll come up. You definitely going to need a mask to travel, that's a requirement. Good luck 👍

It's cheaper to go and book the ticket at the station but online does offer some deals.
You would have to check the website for all information. Most buses stop in New York first, then transfer to a Washington DC bus there
