Ruskin place is a joke they over charge you for everything, fine you for smoking outside when there was no policy when I first moved in and the pool has been closed all summer but still charging full rent. Seems like they keep making up rules as they go when it's not even in my lease. Don't rent from this place!!!

Each year for the past 3 years the pool has not been open for the whole summer period. The first 2 years it was open for partial use. This year has been the worst ever. We still don't have access to the pool. We have not used it once. Last year the area was refurbished and new lounging chairs and umbrellas were added. This year landscaping was done to the surrounding area, BUT the pool was unusable. What was the point of that if the service was not available. Timberland management need to plan ahead each year to check that the equipment for this facility are in working order. The testing should not be left until summer. I am really dissatisfied with this amenity.

I have lived at Ruskin since last August. I have nothing but good things to say. The Maitnence staff is out of this world. Incredibly communicative and quick to respond to every request I have put in. They take the time to get to know the people in the community and make it a priority to check in and make sure everything is still working as it should. By far the best team of people I’ve ever experienced.
