Do not apply to this apartment complex because they don’t believe in concrete move I dates. I submitted an application for an apartment and not only did they not process it in two weeks, they also told me that they couldn’t give me a time it would be ready to move in. And not on just that apartment, but on any of them! So not only did I waste my money and 2 weeks of my time waiting, If I had continued with them there would have been a good chance I would have been homeless due to their flimsy policy of preparing apartments. I still can’t believe management said we can’t know when apartments are ready and what all needs to be done so we are just telling people by the end of March but it might be longer, 2 weeks after telling me it would for sure be ready for my March 26th move in date ( 6 weeks total to turn over an apartment). Just don’t do it, have some self respect and don’t waste your time and money like I did

Management has been amicable, apartment was super nice and refurbished when I arrived, pet friendly, and a fantastic view of the park from my balcony. They now also have Allo wired in, so super fast internet speeds for a pretty reasonable price. I've been mostly happy with this living arrangement. The rent has been spiking quite concerningly as of late. It went up an entire $55/mo when it was raised the last time which has had quite the impact on my financial situation. The rent has gone up a total of $95 since I've moved in 3 years ago or so. Maintenance of the parking lot is pretty abysmal as well. Snowed in a few times, and they never salt the area, or if they do, it isn't done properly. Because of the ice, my parked car was hit-and-run with the back end demolished the day I was going to trade that car in. When brought forth to management, the reply I received was "Well people need to be a lot more careful around that corner." ... yes. Clearly I am well aware of that. What does that reply matter to me? Pet friendly and decent apartments as they are, but the sudden rent spikes and poorly kept lot/grounds are hard to dismiss.

Not good. Would not recommend to anyone!!! Owner can't keep an office manager. Maintenance men are far and few between. Rent price is WAY too high for any of the apartments!!! STEER CLEAR!!!

I have lived here going on three years and been through four different managers. They maintenance guy who lives on property is super rude and unprofessional will cuss at your kids and cuss at you. The general keep up of the apartment is terrible. Office staff is super rude and not friendly. In the summer the pool is never open. When the pool is open the maintenance guy gets so drunk with all his friends it turn into more of a adult party and not kid friendly due to his company and drunk ness. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
