LRC does not help with anything I was there for 2 years and all that came out of it was a waste of 2 years and me feeling worse than I went in for those who think this is the best way it's not deal with it yourself

The single worst place to work. There is a reason turnover is ridiculously high. Staff are hurt regularly, and administration is oblivious. There are several nurses that have been there a long time and are rude, disrespectful to other staff and patients, Staff is unable to trust their direct supervisors to have their back because everyone is only out for themselves. You are FORCED to complete overtime every week. It is dangerously unsafe as they are ALWAYS understaffed. Example: required 11 staff for one unit and at time there were only 6. Usually 7 and absolutely no more then 8. It's grossly mismanaged and communication is lacking. This IS NOT a therapeutic environment. The entire time I worked there I rarely saw doctors, social workers, or any of the like on the unit and patients didn't leave to see them.

There is a RN who works here named Deena Johnson. She is super rude! She came to my job and called us all "obese" and said I'd have a "heart attack". She has NO BUSINESS in my life or my coworkers lives! None of us go here, so I don't know how the other workers are but she is THE WORST!

Disgusting how Staff treats patients and family members. My Family will not be disrespected. I am requesting whoever is in charge of this facility to contact me immediately. My Family member was placed on suicide watch and Family was not notified? Unacceptable!

The email addresses are not secret nebraska.gov. May want talk with their social worker first.
For the most part, you can't just "go there". If you need to be there you will be sent there. And at that point, insurance will not be an issue. Not to scare you, just saying, you should investigate other options with your doctor. He or she will know.
Staff cannot give out patient information. Work with family and support and respect the patient's right to receive or reject mail. The patient may not always be "ready" to communicate. They are the ultimate decider. Don't worry. You most likely will get to write them. Be patient.
We cannot give out that information. The patient decides when they are ready to communicate and with whom. Some patients just aren't ready to communicate. You are welcome to contact family and support people to ask. There may be no problem whatsoever. Be patient. Someone will contact you with all the information when it's ok.
The patient's social worker will help you with that. Contact them.
