Some of these reviews are dramatic.. like if you wanna see your SLEEP STUDY results go to the portal on bryan. That where I seen mine. And for other tests where ever your blood work was done probably has a portal too. But for CALLS? One star is insane. Especially when that'll change and those reviews you guys left will still be there. My normal health doctor never answers either. You guys are entitled. Obviously they're busy so write a message through their portal or a voicemail. I haven't had any problems here and the doctors nice.

Nebraska Pulmonary sold my info to Together Clinic which then charged me $200 for a phone call re my upcoming appointment with Dr. Piper from Nebraska Pulmonary. I wasn’t told I’d be charged for this call. Please tell your doctors not to sell your info to outside agencies. My insurance said this is possibly fraudulent and they are looking into this.

It is very hard for me to get anyone to answer. Almost like they let it get sent to voice-mail . It's been a day or two and nothing. It's crazy even when making the appt I had troubles that should have been a red flag. *update at 2:28 pm on July 27 I don't know how to respond back but you ask for apologies. I understand we are all struggling but you had the time to reply back within a couple hours. I've been waiting days today is a week since my appointment. Maybe some adjustments are needed. We are all adjusting sadly.

Just like many others have said, I cannot for the life of me get ahold of anyone at this facility. I have been trying to make an appointment with my doctor since May and every single time I call it goes to voicemail. They do call you back, but I am frequently unavailable to take calls, and a patient shouldn't have to play phone tag to have a chance at speaking to someone at their doctor's office. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because Dr Spencer is a good doctor from what I can tell and was a nice guy who answered my questions.
