Not only does park and go charge a 27% credit card processing fee, but they charge that for each ticket even if you pay for multiple tickets in one transaction. Completely ridiculous. Especially for Haymarket employees who keep the Haymarket running. Defund park and go

I wish I could give zero stars. Every employee in the Office (three people) we’re rude and disrespectful to me. Their customer service is terrible and they do not care about their customers. After telling me I would not get tickets while they found my lost account, they insisted that I was mistaken. They deleted my information show my account was not locatable. I would rather walk several blocks then park in a spot owned by this company. I plan to do everything I can to not pay for monthly parking through these people. Please find a better lot so you don’t get $100 worth of tickets.

*Pay your tickets in person cash or check to avoid the $2.70 per ticket service charge online. They blatantly target Haymarket employees everyday! It's pathetic. Its also a shame that the city allows this kind of targeting! I just hope everyone realizes that most of these service industry individuals have to work 2 hours before they actually start making money! Without them there is no Hahmarket!
