I have a friend who was sentenced on a charge and she not in county and she not in York I think she may b n retinal center she has some mental problems how do I find out where she is and visitation forms

We cannot give out that information. The patient decides when they are ready to communicate and with whom. Some patients just aren't ready to communicate. You are welcome to contact family and support people to ask. There may be no problem whatsoever. Be patient. Someone will contact you with all the information when it's ok.

I can not confirm if she there but you should call the center they can tell you yes or no. They will also instruct you on how to visit.
