People come here scared and terrified and needing support and care and are met with extremely rude, cruel and arrogant people. They dont allow partners or family to come in and support their loved ones. They dont respect pronouns and perfered names. They yell at scared, exposed people just looking for help. They scream about excuses and make already anxious folks who had to work up the courage to come in the first place even more afraid. They judge you for abuse and missing appointments YEARS PRIOR due to unexpected circumstances. Dont go here. It will make you miserable and its not worth it when theres so many better places out there. Seriously- id give them a negative score for the experience they made my partner go through. Were going to be working off this trauma for WEEKS!!!!!!

I was scheduled today, Saturday at 12 and when I went to the office it's closed! Why would you schedule someone when you're actually closed that day! Your operator told me I would also get text reminders and I didn't! Why are you guys acting like this. Like it's just a game or something. Bunch of lying mouths. Shame on this office.

This is the second time they’ve been randomly closed on a day they are supposed to be open. What’s going on? I pick pills up because you Can’t trust the usps anymore because of mail being late. Really stressful when trying to get pills!
