Dr Hanna was great, but the staff not so much. It does take a while to get in to see him, but my cataract surgery went well. The major problem I had was there billing. 7 months after my surgery I got a collection letter. I had paid what they told me to up front with the understanding that I would be billed if there was a balance after insurance. As I said, 7 months later I got the letter. When I called they said they had sent me 5 statements. Funny how the collection letter got to me but not one of the bills. I am no longer under that insurance so it cost me out of pocket ( and not cheap!)Will not go back!!!

I just had my second cataract surgery. I had to wait longer than expected between my left and right eye surgeries. I am SO glad I was patient. Dr Hanna is a WONDERFUL surgeon. He thoroughly explained the procedure, allowed me to ask questions, and was reassuring. I had no complications with the first surgery and expecting the same outcome with the second. His staff is AWESOME!! From start to finish, each step was explained with comfort and concern in mind. They remembered me and I felt like I was a friend not just a patient. It sounds strange but I had a great time!!!! Dr Hanna and staff .....WOW!!!!!

You have to have an appointment to pick up glasses that you already have been fitted for and paid for my son has to have his glasses all the time or he can not see

Have been a patient for years. Dr. Hannah performed cataract surgery on my left eye and did a great job. Last week I called his staff(Canfield) and I needed a quick pair of glasses since my lens had cracked ...I have no spare, and requested my prescription(for my current glasses) and my measurements. The one staffer, Teaquin,...or something like that, stated that it is a $25 charge for the measurements and she would not give me my prescription since she stated it was expired. I plead my case that I need a quick pair of glasses(via internet) even if my prescription was two years old,...my eyes don’t change,....to no avail. The quickest appointment I could get there for an exam was in a month. I felt sort of abandoned.......Maybe I’ll do the same.

Bout the same as anyone else, depends on insurance too. They are slow tho when u have appts waited 1 hr and 1/2 on my sister to come out, when it was just eye glass pick up.
Yes they do but it also does depend upon how they are broken but typically yes they can fix then for you right then and there unless it is beyond their control and they can't fix them. Good luck!
Yes
Belmont Eye Clinic does Regular & Diabetic Eye Exams. They also have an area set up to try on glasses for purchase. Designer glasses are sold here as well.
No. That is not a covered benefit.
