Very Nice sounding lady answered phone, she then asked me what insurance I have before scheduling exam. As soon as I informed her of my provider, she replied in an annoyed sounding tone, "So sorry, we don't accept your provider, AT ALL!" then hung up on me. (What a great way to lose business, had you stayed on the line for another 3 seconds, you would have heard me say "OK, I'll pay cash then.")

Tells me my eyes are perfect as my right eye gets blurrier every day. Tell me how you tell somebody their eyes are truly good in a 10 minute exam. Thank you

Very poor appointment management. They book appointment times but you end up waiting for over an hour just to get to a room. My suggestion would be to notify patients ahead of time of long waiting. But they know once people get there they aren't going to leave. The management is more involved with volume business not quality services for patients.

Lonnnggg wait time. The reception women are awesome. Been seeing Dr Wang for many years. He is thorough but very quiet.
