I would give Mercy Hospital in Boardman zero stars if I could. This was by far the WORST experience we have ever had at a hospital. My loved one had a stroke. No one attended to her needs including the nurses and aides. They purposely did not make eye contact and ignored the call buttons. This facility needs a massive overhaul. I understand there is a staffing shortage~I work at the Cleveland Clinic. The attitude and behavior exhibited by the entire staff was appalling.

I have been in the parking lot for 7hrs with 2 little kids with no word on my wife who went into the er they just put her in a room and ignore her... they are way under staffed

I knew the main campus was horrible & had higher hopes for the Boardman campus but no, it’s also as equally horrible. I wouldn’t go to this hospital again if I was shot in the parking lot.

You need to have your doctors and staff COMMUNICATE with the family of patients! My brother in law is in Boardman after being in Youngstown hospital and I am AGHAST at his care! Where does Dr. Awad disappear to?

You will have to contact them directly to see what they have available. You can be tested for COVID, but you will more than likely need an order. Better off going to a pharmacy.
