Don't waste your time. They will send you to the emergency room anyways. The receptionist is very rude and the doctor is too. My nurse was the only pleasant one.

Straight Forward
So the sign said take a number I did 2 people walked in after me and gotten taken care of before me why have a sign that says that if people can't read. Now the back the lady that takes your temperature, blood pressure etc She is sweet and awesome doctor or whatever he is horrible went for a bad cough and didn't get any cough syrup he was more worried about a ear infection i had that wasn't bothering me still have a bad cough and cough syrup from the stores suck...

All I know is I do my daughter in for a broken arm on a Saturday in October. Two hours later and no ice pack we got called back to do our paper work. They had said that there were some emergency and that is why it took them so long. However why she was sitting in the waiting room we saw the Dr talking to the secretary for a good 10 min. Once we were back there Dr said he would be with us in a few a hour later a nurse came in and took her to xrays. I will not ever go back there no will I recommend them. The following mon. I got her into Dr. MIneo in Kent and we were in and out of there with a cast in less time it took the urgent care. I understand emergency happen that might be more pressing but when I went to the restroom there were a lot of empty room and if there were#emerg.why did they Dr have time to walk around and talk to secretary
