Worst doctor I've ever been to. Believe the zero star reviews. Most of the five star reviews are bot accounts with only one review to them. This doctor is rude, incompetent, and you can easily search her medical license or Google her name and see she has been suspended from practicing at Upper Chesapeake. You're better off going to urgent care or anywhere else but here. 33 complaints from doctors and hospital staff, over 35 complaints from patients. • Dr. Freilich “told [a] patient he was just fat and go on a diet.” • She told a nurse, “We don't want you here. Get out. I can make life miserable for you.” • Dr. Freilich told a hospital employee, “Every time I am written up, I will write you up ten times.” • When a nurse wanted to give pain medication to an alcoholic with pancreatitis, Dr. Freilich allegedly said, “I want him to be miserable. He did this to himself.” • She told a patient who smokes, “I hate people who smoke.” • She told a patient, “You are a three-time loser and you will be back.” • She publicly humiliated a patient and then told another patient who had observed the incident that “she could avoid that embarrassment if the patient would stop coming to the emergency room in a drunken stupor.” • She was uncooperative with patients' requests for transfer. • She was “uncooperative numerous times in notifying families of patient deaths.” • In 1997, patients were surveyed about their satisfaction with their attending emergency room doctor. No other physician had more than one person choose “dissatisfied” or “somewhat dissatisfied,” but Dr. Freilich had nine people (out of 22) choose that option. • Thirty-three patients independently complained to the hospital about Dr. Freilich This is all public information. I needed to see her for a review of my condition and she never ran any tests, refused to look at my x-ray by saying she's not qualified to review and x-ray, didn't even use a stethoscope to listen to my lungs, which was one of the issues I was there for.

0 star ..This doctor sucks .. very unprofessional..doesn’t know how to talk to patients! Please please please never ever go to this place it’ll make you mentally depressed! This doctor needs a doctor for herself. Her communication is totally off the line. Full of filthy attitude! Rudeness drips from her voice. And she will never satisfy your concerns! Save yourself a pressure and please consult some other place.🙏🏼

If I could give no stars, I would. I did not see the Google reviews on Linda Freilich until after my first appointment with her. The first appointment, I barely saw this doctor. She came in, barely asked me how I was doing, and told me that my problem was very "vague". She pressured all these shots on me: covid-19 booster, flu shot, TB shot, and I cannot remember the last one. It was quite a few she offered at one time. I went ahead and got the flu and booster shot because I knew it would be wise to get them rather than not. She tested for every single thing, but failed to explain anything to me when I returned to discuss lab results. I only went back because I wanted to see if she was possibly could figure out what may be going on with me after tested for everything she possibly could test for. All this woman told me was that I had a "stomach problem" and "to go see the stomach doctor". She had a stack of cards on her desk for only ONE specific gastroenterologist. I called his office and he was booked up until June. The lady had to give me other phone numbers to call, which was for the best because I surely do not really trust anything Dr. Linda Freilich advises. This woman never did a physical on me. She didn't check to make sure I had any lumps or see if anything felt different. I was only having pain on the right side of my body. I had many flags on my blood results and she did not go over any of it with me. She didn't recommend anything I could possibly take for my stomach before going to this gastroenterologist. I ended up acting on my own by taking probiotics to help with my bowl movements. I am only still going to the gastroenterologist because I know I obviously do have a "stomach problem" like she said. However, I refuse to return to her office after the appointment like she wants me to. She definitely does not seem to have any concern for the patients that walk into her office. Not to mention how everyone said she seems sketchy because she only takes cash, no credit or debit cards. Now I owe Labcorp over $300 out of pocket because of all the stuff she tested me for. I definitely recommend finding a different doctor instead of walking into her office.
