Estimated 2 day job for installation of French drain and pump. My house was built in 1929. Removal of all debris and broken concrete, veteran owned...great service!
Halo Master 44 Adam
The older you get, the more you appreciate someone who does excellent work, is reliable and prides themselves on doing the job that they would want done for themselves. My husband used to do the home repairs, but no longer physically able to do so. From the moment he arrived, we both felt a sense of relief. Great eye contact, very professional demeanor, and willing to take the time to answer all our questions. We knew he was the man for the job. He has done two jobs for us. Done in a timely manner with excellent craftsmanship. Make the call to him your first. You won't be sorry.

Pat is very professional and honest. He installed a sump pump for me a couple of years. I called him for advice regarding another sump pump in another house and he gave me a very good honest opinion. He is knowledgeable and will recommend him anytime.

Hi Lewis! We do service Cockeysville.
The cheapest most effective way to waterproof a basement is interior drainage
Finding the actual problem and solving that first then providing additional preventative measures as needed.
You can stop your basement seepage by correcting the water source on the exterior and installing interior drainage.
Epoxy based sealer is the best sealer to apply to a masonry wall.
Interior versus exterior waterproofing depends on what the actual problem is.
Yes it's worth it to waterproof your basement, you have to waterproof it in order to sell the home anyway so you might as well enjoy the dry basement while you live there.
Basement waterproofing is usually a combination of interior and exterior waterproofing. Many times the home has already been waterproofed on the exterior and just needs adjustments to the interior drainage system.
