There wasn't enough snow last year in order to make the creek deep or fast enough for tubing, unfortunately.

Apparently the snow pack is at 10%, and the creek doesn't even make it all the way to the Visitor's Center. At the Dunes Trail from the campground the water only came up to our ankles (we were there 2 weeks ago).
Definitely fall, but tubes usually aren't great for the dunes...
