Nice clean theater. I saw them clean and wipe down the seats. Several beverage machines did not work when minute maid zero was selected. I don't like the popcorn stays under the light to keep warm and it's self serve. All that happens and the viruses in this world it's too risky for me.

I never thought I would be returning to the movies after the pandemic but going to see Halloween Ends was definitely worthy to go to the movies to see. Be prepared to pay if you decide to eat or drink here. I took away a star because someone inside the theater decided to use his outside voice halfway through the movie and just didn't care. I was extremely disappointed but as is life!!

Hadn't been to the movies post-pandemic so the procedures were different and confusing. Nothing or no one directed or explained why people were in line eating popcorn before they paid. Oh, and I was looking forward to nachos with hot cheese and Jalapeños & not packaged chips and cheese. Black Adam was good.

Not clean , does not work sometimes , and the prices are laughable high .

I think the biggest point that can be made for this theater is this: Southlake 24 in Morrow has now moved into the 21st century in terms of movie theaters. Frankly, I appreciate the changes made there. My experiences prior to the upgrades were poor at best...people talking or kids sneaking in and out of the theaters. My family and I could rarely enjoy the movies. I would argue that we should appreciate the fact that we have a classy theater we can all enjoy without having to drive to Buckhead!
Call the Corporate office of AMC
The ticket box girl, told me..that it's $5 everyday before 4pm.Was that a lie,and why do they only serve fake butter for the popcorn, which incidentally was cold!!! Unacceptable.... For the price, you people need to do WAY better.
Yes except for those movies that release on day/week of.
Ayeeeeeee lol
THE 24 IN AMC 24 STANDS FOR THE NUMBER OF MOVIE SCREENS IN THAT THEATRE. 24 SCREENS 😊
U do what u have to bro...lol
Dolby has power recliners. The imax seats are mandated by imax not AMC.
I ran into a similar issue. I've never had someone answer the phone when I called.
I went to see black panther and they took it. I think it depends on of their terminals work or not
They do
Absolutely!!!
$5 ticket tuesdays for stub members but you can become a basic stub member for free.
not sure, check their website for location and times
Probably didnt make enough sales box office sales
I would go to theater and have them exchanged. I'm sure you'll be fit in. During my screening on opening weekend there was plenty of seats available on a Saturday.
Hi Ms. Lakisha. Yes, I'm pretty confident either of those things can take place. And the customer service desk can assist you with that in-person, if it's convenient for you to visit sometime during the day when they're less busy with ticket sales. But as an alternative, you could instead contact the Customer Support (via email/call/help desk ticket) for whatever online or app-based entity you purchased your tickets through (i.e. Fandango.com, AmcTheatres.com, etc.).
A and B are super close, C & D are up a level from those.
That depend on the movie. Download the AMC app and click on the movie you want to watch and it will show you.
The only theater without reclining seats is the IMAX theater.
5 and change before 12 Noon 7 or 8 before 4pm and 10 or 11 after 4pm
Yes, the movie Black Panther is showing at all major theaters throughout the city.
It's on Netflix now!
IMAX displays on bigger screens while Dolby Cinema is a little smaller but has a brighter and clearer display than IMAX... Sound quality depends on the equipment that was used to produce the sound. Both are great...
Get the A-list... Right now it's only $.99 and u can see 3 movies a week/12 movies in a 30 day period for that price! And it's only 20 bucks a month after!!! That's a great deal!!!
My husband and I had date night at the movies for the 1st time! We enjoyed the Dolby experience 😀
Check the website they give information there.
They do have senior prices, but the discount isn't all that great...
Yes
Call the police, they help you review on safety camera and do something
November 22 2019 is the release date in US.
All AMC tickets at this theater have reserved seating tied to the tickets purchased. Management may honor your request if their is seating available for a particular showing.
Whenever the last showing finishes
I would check with your local AMC Theaters to see how they will go about this because I have a older brother with autism and I know exactly what you mean
Not that I know of. There is a two dollar theater in Fayetteville at Banks station and then the Cinemark at Tinseltown in the pavilion shopping center have discount Tuesdays somewhere between 5 and $6.
No announcement to my Stubs email in regards to a closing
June 7
You must have went to the wrong AMC Southlake Theatre... The one on Mount Zion is clean.. Very clean... And orderly.. Maybe you snuck into a cinema that had just let out and they didn't clean it yet. But at least you can go back home to your own personal theater and have it as spotless and you please.
Well if they close at 12:15, why are you going after it its closing time? Thats common sense. Bet youre that person to walk into a store 5 minutes after closing and complains because they wont let you in
IMAX does NOT have recliners. You will see what movies have recliners when selecting seats online, only option like most theaters is just reserving seats. All the other theaters at Southlake have recliners except IMAX
No
I don't think they are showing Unplanned at this AMC; only select theaters are showing it. If you Google it, it'll show you where it's showing.
It should be I don't see why it's not playing, it's still a good movie and still making money
Usually around 10am
Hey Sara thank you for responding. They have it up and running now.
Dolby is the sound format and digital is the video format in which the movie was produced. At least that is what I think.
We had a similar thing happen and since our tickets had not been checked in we were able to get them reissued. However...it was because we 'accidently' ordered tickets for the wrong showing. Good luck and enjoy the movie 😁
a) check your email for a confirmation number b) go up to the kiosks outside. you can usually put in other info than just your confirmation number to get your tickets c) go inside to the help desk ***I usually screenshot mine as soon as I place the order just in case. they scan it instead of taking your ticket
I think it's best to get tickets prior to the performance because if we hadn't the movie would have been sold out.
Postal pasted normally reveals what is coming or expected to happen, therefore waiting on their next postal or as any of their associates can help if nothing signify about on their world wide web. Hope this help/solve your question?
I want to say 9am but it depends on the time of the movie. You know you can always download the Amc app and purchase your ticket through there. When you get to the movie theater just pull up your ticket on your phone and they will Scan your phone. That's what I do
Check the Web site

No lol.. Unless under new strict management no..
Yes it's all day but for AMC Stub Members only.
Yes I believe as long as its 30 minutes before movie starts
Yes it would
Pretty much 10am - 11pm on weekdays. And possibly open until around midnight on Friday and Saturday
I googled it and it says 12.69 for Seniors 60+ But to confirm I would just call them I know matinee movies are $5.00 during the week and weekend I definitely understand..You're welcome the Matinee hours are between 9am three 12 Noon. After that the prices go up
There are free refills.
11pm
If the time hasn't passed, you can go to the front desk, on the right once entering. They will swap them plus fees.
Every theater here has reserved seats. So you will have the ability to sit where you please, unless someone else has that seat first.
⭐FYI: A great way to save money at AMC, regardless of age; & to not have to put up with all the background noise of a huge, packed theater (or from a largely child-filled audience), is to hit the Early Shows during the week & on the weekends. ⭐Standard Movie (2-D) Tickets [for a smaller theater with more personal space, & entirely furnished with leather, power recliners] purchased for the first daily screening of each film, on weekdays & on Saturday and Sunday mornings (usually at 10:00am/10:30am/11:00am) are only $5/seat for all ages! **3-D, or Dolby Experience movies in the same morning time slots are generally $8... ...& IMAX releases are approximately $10. **ALL seats are reserved.
The website that I found said Tuesday. All other days are 30% off. If you Google senior day AMC Southlake, you'll be able to find discounts and updated information.
Yes they do. Anybody can buy them at the box office. Stubs members can buy them online.
Yes and yes
You can buy tickets in Advance if the Showtimes are already posted. Some theaters don't post showtimes until Wednesday if the movie is released Friday. At that time, you can select your seats and buy in advance plus pay a concenience fee of like $1-$2 per ticket. It's work it to me just to skip the lines when you arrive. Just go inside, show barcode in email, scan, and thats it.
You get to choose where you like to sit and yes they have reclining seats now
$9 to $11 depending on viewing preference, IMAX, 3D, or regular.
They added lots for last Friday. Unlikely to add more now
You need to call them for that information
I have no idea.
Yes of course you can and depending on what time you get there is how long the line will be usually during the day they are short and longer at night
No they'll just take your word
Online. Go to theatre, click what movie, how many tickets, which seats, and pay.
It will ask you which area you are requesting
I am not sure.I know they used to. I would call up there and check with them
Anyone under the age of 18 has to be advised by a parent after 9pm.
The sound, the clarity and the size of the screen are the most obvious differences. Action and effects films like STAR WARS are perfect for IMAX 3D. The 3D is subtle and immersive. You must try it.
Hi. If you go the Dolby theater, they have the vibrating seats.
20 and some change it all depends on what age bracket is
Call customer service, I hope you can. Let them know the situation. It's best to cancel the tickets before the showtime.
Try looking up the movie theater and it will give you the times they have and seats available
