You have to call several times for a mechanic to return your call. Taking days to return the call

very bad experience. I went in wanted 4 UNIROYAL TIGER PAW tires as advertised on your website, Instead a got something entirely different. The dealership did not bother to advise me of the change or get my authorization. They made the decision for me which is not good customer service. I have taken my automobile to Hennessy GMC ever since I purchased it in 2015, this is very disappointing and frustrating.

Call corp and report
The bigger picture is that Hennessy Service Departmt is honest and dependable and their waiting areas have free drinks and are very clean and upscale, so it’s really not a big deal to wait when you have such a nice area and are getting honest, reliable service. I am grateful that in a world of shady places that I have such a trustworthy place to go. It may not be a quick service, in and out place, but it will be done well and is very comfortable and relaxing environment.
I don't know him but some of them are uneducated. They don't return phone calls those in the business department like head Management. You give a lease purchase car back a senior, they charge off on it and sold it for more than you owe on the car, then put a balance on you credit report that give you a negative mark. If I had money I would have kept the car. All I can say is we need to stop giving them our business, because they do lie. Be blessup everyone
