This dealership will lie to you and take advantage of you and their word is meaningless. I've purchased several cars from this branch, and will never return. It's worth the drive to the Industrial boulevard branch where they keep their word. The sales people are awesome and isn't their fault they just go by what they are told, no complaints with the actual sales folks, which are great. Update 2. Sunroof they put in failed. Stated it was guaranteed for life. Called to report issue, said they don't even deal with it and sent me somewhere else. All they do is speak empty words, they don't care once they've got your money. Longtime customer. Never again.

Recently took my truck in for some issues I had. Jason was my Service Advisor he was honest told me how long it might take and made sure he remained in contact. Jason performed above expectations

This has been a nightmare and the Landmark in Morrow is to not be trusted and beware. I dropped my Jeep Compass off September 24th. I have an extended warranty. I called several times and got the run around. I was told they contacted my warranty company which they never called them. Almost a month later they did not fix the car. I took it to another mechanic and got it diagnosed and many of the problems that they said was wrong with the car was not an issue. Dionte the service advisor does not return calls nor answer messages. I came up there and he literally began adding numbers up, something that should have been done in the first few weeks. I still had to pay nearly $200 for a diagnostic that was not accurate. Extremely Poor communication between managers, advisors and clients. Very dissatisfied and will be cautious of this establishment from now on. *They blamed their actions on being short staffed, which is understandable. It does not take a month to add numbers up.

No matter what you do, it takes 2 hrs+. I bought my car here and try to be loyal. Came in when they opened to have them look at a tire with a slow leak. I've been waiting 90 mins so far. Supposedly open Wi-Fi for guests but password on their door isn't working, so can't even do some work. Don't recommend this place at all. The staff in the service dept are not friendly.
Never go on Saturday during peak hours after lunch time. The early you get there the sooner you can get out. Find Chris Johnson (service advisor)and he might fit you in...
I agree with you and the lies they tell and they don't want to do right for the people
Sorry,I don't own a Jeep Patriot. It would be best to call in to get an estimate on the cost.
I don't know. I've never had a tune up done here. Just car rental with Hertz. ✌🏻💚🤷🏼♀️

My Google maps ask me about places I go too
From $99.00 Dollar's On Up. If I Remember Right, They Are Going By The Vehicle's That Need Them. I Think The Older The Vehicle Is, The Higher The Price Is, But I Do Think That You Might Could Negotiate There Price.
Maybe it's a short in the wire which it might need a new wire harness. Good luck 👍

Not that I can recall. They do however give you a lot of rebates. Jeff Brown was my sales person he was great!
I'm sorry I have no clue will somebody answer that for him
Yes. If your looking to do a payment plan. But like they say, CASH is KING, if you buy it out right.... THAT'LL SHUT'M UP.
Yes Hertz rental car is in the same building as the the service department
No once they find a loan company that will approve you they will give you whatever they going to give you on your trade in and whatever rebates that are available then work there numbers then add whatever left to your new loan. I owed 12,000 on my old truck after the rebate on the new truck was deducted I now have a 2017 Dodge Journey that was 20,000 after fees and what was left from my old truck loan I now owe 35,000 and some change
Hi Clark, I'm not sure, but you can ask them
It might be better to go on their website or contact them via telephone. My sales guy was named Alton and he was great with answering all my questions!
