I want to thank Mr. Victor for doing a great job in our community an thank him for giving me a chance to move in to my apartment!! Since i been here it been nothing but good living!! He do a excellent job wen it come to fixing’s anything an making sure u an your family safe!

So, we’ve been a resident at this apartment for over 5 years.. and this has to be the worst experience recently since living here. The new management staff is never in office, answer phone calls, or emails! We have trash every where in the parking lot, due to compactors being place every where. A lot of flies and gnats and wild animals because of all the trash that they cannot control! The breezeway lights have been out because of a flood that happened a month ago, very dangerous at night, because you literally can’t see. I spoke with property manager and the maintenance member about the issue, and still nothing. I get it, everything is prioritized and takes time, but that should have been the top of the list. Also my kitchen light have been out for a month(still currently out), and I went multiple times and called to have it fixed.. still nothing. Maintenance came once, but I had to stop him and he just changed the light bulb, this is an electrical problem, not just a bulb change. I explained that, manager told me he’ll be right there, and a week later still nothing(light still out). This complex was nice, but now it’s taking a turn for the worst! If anyone have corporate number or anyone I can get in touch with higher than property management, please let me know! Until they do better, and really focus on problems. There will always be an issue going on.

BLACK Mold in the apartment DUE TO A LEAK THAT HAPPENED LAST JULY THEN THIS YEAR, MAINTENANCE AND FRONT DESK IS FULLY AWARE. I tell the front desk after multiple emails and calls, THEY ARE NEVER IN THE OFFICE. They finally come "handle" the situation by painting over the black mold and boom 2 days later you can see the mold again. You can not paint over black mold, This is not good for people health. Especially when they have Asthma... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Victor works hard to make sure all residents are comfortable. He really goes above and beyond to make things run smoothly. This is a great place!
