My experience here so far has been nothing short of being great! From the application process to post moving in, Josiah and Brittani have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. Maintenance jobs are always taken care of right away and the community of residents have been very welcoming. Each of these factors help make the lofts one the most enjoyable communities I've experienced.

The staff here is so friendly and knowledgeable. Though we haven't finished our application process yet, I have nothing but great things to say about the property and the units we toured. The community is so close to downtown Newnan and offers a number of amenities that make it feel different from just another apartment community. They are set up to be incredibly dog-friendly, which is one of the best perks. I'm looking forward to potentially getting to know the space a lot better!

I gave Newnan Lofts a 5-star rating because before choosing this property I actually placed multiple applications at different apartments. I was accepted by them all. Being that I am a full-time truck driver constantly travelling the 48 states, I made my final decision solely off of how I was treated during the process. My 1st appointment to look at the unit was scheduled with Brittani. She was very professional, knowledgeable of the property and I noticed that throughout the tour of the property she was attentive to the many Covid-19 statutes to keep tenants safe as possible. After my tour was over, I received an email thanking me for visiting which included additional information about the property, which units were available, how much they were and if there were any current specials going on. After receiving the email, myself and my girlfriend, whenever we had any further questions about the property, we were able to speak to Brittani either by phone or email and it felt like she really wanted to assist with everything we needed to know about the property to help me make a sound decision. Once choosing this apartment, any interactions I had with Josiah the property manager was also professional and the overall entire process seemed to go by very smooth and efficient. Since I do spend alot of time on the road and with the current state of America, Newnan Lofts appears so far to be a great place to call home. Upon moving in, I had the chance to meet some other tenants and they all seem nice and welcoming. The property seems well-kept and clean. The area feels safe. And I absolutely love that it seems to be very peaceful and quiet. For those reasons, I would definitely recommend Newnan Lofts to friends and I look forward to living here...And I love my new unit!
