The staff at Edgewater is great! Especially Melissa in the office. She is always professional and courteous. She addressed all my concerns and made sure I got the help I needed ..overall she was super friendly! I have seen major improvements since her team took over. 10 out of 10!

Zero maintenance it’s been there over a week now no pool maintenance and laundry is a joke these guys eating money no proper driers multiple driers are not working properly it’s eating time and money and it’s been a year waiting on washer and drier installation in apartments but no response. I hope this review will reach proper responder

At least the office crew and maintenance is nice. That’s about it. I moved in a week late because my apartment wasn’t ready. The following week I was able to move in but it wasn’t ready. Roaches and spiders were everywhere. The front door lock was being pulled through the door. In one month I had to call the office 3 times. They should hire new people to do renovations because they do a horrible jobs at everything from paint cabinets to relining counter tops. There is white paint splattered over my fridge, cabinets and dishwasher.Place was filthy when moving in. Dishwasher was filthy, oven was filthy, toilet seat falling off, live and dead roaches were everywhere(I experienced less in the city) and the roof filthy and simply painted over(not we’ll paint either.)The cabinet paint is cheap. It rubs off with Clorox wipes. At least maintenance comes quickly and my agent is very help and responses quickly. I honestly wouldn’t have moved in if it wasn’t a time crunch for me. It’s not too bad but definitely subpar.

That doesnt sound right to me. You should only be paying the application fee. Not a deposit. Once you are approved you pay deposit

Don't do it. Its a great location. But customer service sucks. Maintenance never comes. Getting in contact with the leasing office sucks, they don't answer the phones. You might have to visit the office multiple times to get your application approved. They also don't give you all the info you need to get approved right away. The apartments have roaches. The upgrades are not professional, rushed paint work. Again don't do it.
I know Xfinity but dont get that. Alot of people here have had issues for about a month or longer. Att fiber might be your best bet
