This place is terrible! Arium recently took over managment and began charging residents a $25 valet trash fee .The service is non optional so you have to pay the fee whether you use the service or not. I've live here for 7 years and have always taken my trash to the compactor myself. Residents should not be forced to pay $300 a year for convenience service if they don't want to use it. The service should be optional. Additionally, before Arium took over management of the complex, the previous management company would ask if I had renters insurance and allow me the oportunity to show my proof of insurance to them. Arium did not do ask me if I had renters insurance when I renewed my lease and have been charging me an additional $15 a month. My lease is up in February and I wii my out. Arium at Morgan Falls is unethical and looks for every opportunity to increase your rent. Do not move here!!!

They have very nice grills that anyone can use. Honestly, the grounds are beautifully maintained. My neighbor sometimes grills on his deck. The smoke travels up to the apartments above him. I find it very rude. I'm sure if you have a small tailgating grill you could get away with it tho.
No, they do not allow you to. Each tenant has to go through the full leasing process. We are the 2nd largest complex in the state so it's vital they know all tenants. Hope this helps!
