They are one of the closest complexes to the VA hospital. They WILL NOT ACCEPT Hudvash vouchers which pay rent for two years without question. The fella who manages is clearly run by a bank and not the "human aspect" of life. I lived there for two years earlier in my life. Same dude manages and he cares nothing about you BUT your money may make him crack a grin. I asked why his policy was against Hud Vash and he refused to give an answer and threatened me. Not a Veteran friendly place.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. These apartments are awful, incredibly outdated, and the staff here does not care about you-at all. A few days ago, with no warning, they cut off the power to have the power lines worked on. I understand it was necessary, but what I don’t understand is why the staff cannot take the time to send an email to inform residents that the power would be cut off. I have children and was in the middle of preparing food when the power was cut with absolutely no warning. Doesn’t end there. A few months before this they needed to work on a pipe and cut our water off, ONCE AGAIN with NO WARNING OR EMAIL FROM THE STAFF. We had to go without water for HOURS while this happened-to the point where I had to go to Publix and BUY water. They never opened the pool last year claiming they were waiting for clearance from the county, which is an absolute lie-they’re just too lazy to do so. And, by this point the pool area is so overgrown and the water is so nasty I wouldn’t want to swim in there even if they were to open it. You don’t have a dishwasher or laundry machine in your unit, which wouldn’t be a big deal except for the fact that the washing machines are constantly broken. If you need any repairs to your unit they won’t fix them, they will just put a band aid on it and you’ll repeatedly have the same problems that they’re too cheap to fix. All I can say is my lease is up next month and I cannot wait to leave this godforsaken place. I wouldn’t suggest living here to my worst enemy.

DO NOT MOVE INTO 584 CLAIRMONT CIR APT 8 IT IS INFESTED WITH FLIES I’m giving three stars because we loved living here until around mid-May our apartment became infested with flies. We did everything imaginable to try and help the infestation but nothing worked. The property tried to help us as well but it was basically an impossible problem to fix. I know other people had a fly problem, but our unit seemed to be significantly worse than anyone we talked to. They allowed us to end our lease around a month early but were not particularly sympathetic to us. These flies have literally ruined our life and if anyone has signed a lease for this unit already since we left, I’m very sorry for you. I think management is not willing to face how large the fly problem really is and how costly and destructive it maybe be to fix it. These places are old and the flies could be coming from either through the walls, damaged plumbing, or a cracked foundation. When I said they might have to tear out the floors to fix it, they looked at me like I was crazy. I wouldn’t want to deal with it either if I were them, but it is completely unethical to continue renting out that unit without solving this problem.

My family and I have been living here for about 3 months and we love it. Positives *Very friendly and united community. *Maintenance is fast and reliable. *Great location, near walk distance of everything. *Affordable monthly rates. Cons *Outside of buildings could use a little painting. * No light bulbs in bedrooms (weird I know).
